Return Policy
Return Period: The general return period for each product is 3 days from the date of receipt. Products that have been opened, used, damaged or otherwise altered cannot be returned. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in a resalable condition and the reason for return is specified. Returns must be made in the original packaging. Products with signs of opening, damage, breakage, tampering, tearing or use, or that cannot be returned in the same condition as when delivered, will not be accepted for return and no refund will be given.
Right of withdrawal: According to Article 7, Section 4(c) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for goods that have been prepared according to their requests or clearly personal needs. Furthermore, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts relating to goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, are quickly perishable or have a potential expiration date.
Inspection and Return Process: If you believe that the products you purchased on our website are damaged or do not meet your expectations, you must inspect the products in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery. If the products are damaged or defective, you can return them by requesting a report from the courier. Once you accept the products after delivery, you acknowledge that the courier has fulfilled its obligations and delivered the products intact and complete.
Returns Procedure: To initiate a return, first contact our customer service. After this consultation, you should send the product together with the invoice and return form to the address provided by the shipping company. The product will be accepted for return if it meets the specified conditions, and the payment will be refunded to your credit card/account. Refunds to credit cards are subject to the processing time of the respective bank.
