SHIPPING POLICY

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a general return period of 3 days for any product that was purchased by mistake. Within this period, returned products will only be accepted if they have not been opened, used, damaged, etc. The product must be returned without affecting the saleability and with a statement of the reason for return. Returns must be made with the original packaging. In case of opening, damage, breakage, destruction, tears, use or other damage to the product or packaging, and if the product is not returned in the same condition as when delivered, the product will not be taken back and the amount paid will not be refunded.

According to Article 7, paragraph 4, sub c of the Distance Selling Act, the consumer cannot exercise a right of withdrawal for goods that have been manufactured based on the wishes or clear personal needs of the consumer. Furthermore, no right of withdrawal applies to the delivery of goods that cannot be returned due to their nature or that can spoil quickly or whose best-before date can expire quickly.

If you find a product that you purchased through our website and had shipped to yourself or someone else, damaged or not as expected, you should check the product in the presence of the delivery person upon delivery. If the product is damaged or defective, you can request a return by filling out a damage form and asking the delivery person to draw up a damage report. Upon receipt of the product, the delivery service is deemed to have fully performed its task by delivering the product in good and undamaged condition.

For a return, you must first contact our customer service. After this contact, you must fill in the return form and send the product, together with the invoice, back to us via the delivery company that carried out the delivery. If the returned product meets the specified conditions, the return will be accepted and the amount will be refunded to your credit card or account. The time it takes for a refund to appear on your credit card depends on the bank in question.
